Remuneration as cost to company per year: R 2,000,000 including commission

Experience gained in the coatings, adhesive, polymers, raw materials, agriculture, detergent & hygiene, construction, printing inks, lubricants, trades, cosmetics and water treatment. She started her career in internal sales promoted to purchasing manager responsible for sourcing of raw materials, order management and stock control. 12 Years’ experience gained as Marketing & Sales Assistant and Sales Representative included sales management, customer service and marketing in the coatings and personal care divisions. Experience gained as Account Manager to develop business in both Coatings, Construction and Personal Care Pigments. She was a Product Manager in adhesive and coatings for 3 years. The candidate is currently a free-lance New Business Development Manager responsible for sales, growth and technical assistance of the product group. Dealt with the following principals on an international level; Lubrizol, Elementis, Kronos, Double Bond and various others.
Remuneration: R 804 205.30 p.a.

The candidate obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2003, Bachelor of Science Honours in Industrial Physiology in 2006, Certificate in Labour Relations in 2009. He has 14 years’ Sales Management, Product Management and Business Management experience in the Medical, Chemical Specialty industry (Food/ Pharma / Industrial/ Mining chemicals). The candidate started his career as an Internal Sales Consultant, and later explored the educational arena as a Chemical Technical Research Assistant and buyer in the Commercial and Marketing environment where he obtained valuable experience in management of the laboratory, technical research and student lecturing. This equipped him to move into the Corporate Arena as a Product Specialist: Marketing and Purchasing. He was responsible for negotiations with Europe and Asian producers of raw materials used in Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics industries and procure goods into South-Africa. His greatest achievement was to have maintained the highest GP target set. The candidate completed his Master in Business Administration in 2011 and started as Sales Representative in the Chemicals and Explosive industry. The candidate is currently a Sales Manager responsible for a team, key account management, sales and business development. The candidate obtained a BSc in Biochemistry and Chemistry in 1992 and a BSc Honours in Biochemistry in 1993, both from the Potchefstroom University. He is an experienced Sales Manager with 22 years’ in water treatment related equipment and more than 20 years’ in industrial water treatment including cooling, boiler, service, potable and waste water treatment; solid-liquid separation and process water treatment. He has gained ample sales experience in various Sub-Saharan African countries including: Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and Ghana Remuneration: 900 000 CTC p.a.

Currently busy studying a Bachelor of Business Administration through the IMM and has a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering. Twenty years of technical sales experience in the water treatment, chemical, gas, pulp and paper, as well as industrial coating industries.
